Celebrating 15 Years of Success
This year, The PhD Project proudly celebrates our 15th anniversary.
Our goal when founding in 1994 was to diversify the corporate boardroom by diversifying the role models in front of the classroom. Having more than tripled the number of minority business professors in the U.S., we have made tremendous strides toward that goal.
The last 15 years have been an evolution and a journey for us, for the nearly 400 minority doctoral students we are helping to pursue their dreams, over 1000 minority business professors who have earned their doctoral degrees, and the immeasurable number of students who have benefited from their knowledge, mentoring and guidance. The resulting achievements could not have been possible without the tremendous ongoing support from our sponsoring companies, participating universities and organizations, and supply alliance members. We invite you to explore the journey we all have taken and celebrate the boundless promise for the future of Corporate America.
